2. CITROEN
Groupe PSA, the French automaker, has partnered with CK Birla Group to develop and sell products in India. Groupe has officially announced that it will launch the Citroen brand in the country in 2021. The French carmaker’s first model will be launched in the first quarter of 2021.
3. GREAT WALL MOTORS
Another Chinese brand, Great Wall Motors, is all set to enter the Indian market. It is the largest Chinese manufacturer of SUVs and pick-ups. The brand is expected to enter the Indian market by 2021-22.
4. FAW HAIMA
Chinese automaker FAW Haima Automobile Co Ltd has announced that it will enter the Indian automotive market. For its India operations, the company will partner with Bird Automotive, which is also an authorized partner for BMW and Mini.
5. TESLA
Electric car giant Tesla will make its India debut with the Model 3 sedan sometime next year. The Tesla Model 3 had its world debut back on March 31, 2016, in Los Angeles. With a huge number of pre-orders to date, the Model 3 is an extremely popular electric vehicle worldwide.
